Joe assumed the role of Chief Operating Officer in October 2024. In this role, Joe is responsible for enterprise underwriting, risk management, finance, actuarial, and corporate strategy. Prior to this role, Joe served as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Westfield since 2011. Joe serves on the board of Westfield Specialty Ltd. and is an ex-officio board member of Westfield Bank and Westfield Specialty Managing Agency.

Joe currently serves on the board executive committee of the Greater Cleveland Sports Commission, the American Cancer Society Board of Ambassadors, the EY Northeast Ohio Alumni Council and is the President of the Highland Athletic Facilities Association. He is past President of the Medina County Economic Development Corporation and past Chair of APCIA’s Federal Regulation and Global Convergence Committee. Joe is a 2015 graduate of Leadership Cleveland and a 2006 graduate of Leadership Medina County.

Joe resides in Sharon Township, Ohio with his wife Calli. They have four adult children.

Sandra Reid is the Executive Vice President of Corporate Communications and Strategic Planning at The Davey Tree Expert Company.  Since joining Davey in 1986, Sandra has worked as video and communications coordinator, company spokesperson, manager of corporate communications and marketing and Vice President of Corporate Communications and Strategic Planning. In 2024, Sandra was promoted to her current role where she is a member of the Senior Leadership Team.

Sandra’s professional awards and certifications include the International Association of Business Communicators’ Strategic Communication Management Professional and Communications Management Professional certifications. Sandra was also recognized as a Women of Distinction honoree by the Girl Scouts of North East Ohio, an ATHENA Akron Leadership Award Finalist Honoree, a 2024 Women in Green Industry Award Honoree and a Crain’s Cleveland Business’ Notable Leaders in Communications in 2024. She is a member of the Leadership Cleveland Class of 2025, and serves on numerous boards and leadership of local and national organizations.
